According to NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) condominium sales are increasing as buyers seek an opportunity to own a home in Naples; condominiums are the more affordable option.

Overall, pending sales increased 9% from 839 in October 2013 to 911 in October 2014.

Overall, closed sales decreased 2% from 9,912 in the 12-months ending 2013 to 9,667 in the 12-months ending 2014.

As mentioned in the third quarter report, inventory remains tight in the Naples Area market.
