In Celebration of National Coming Out Day on October 11th! The Come OUT St Pete series of events in St. Petersburg and Gulfport in mid October will celebrate “coming out of the closet and into the world” for the area’s burgeoning LGBTQ community.

The 2019 4th Annual Tampa Bay Whiskey Run on Saturday October 12, 2019, at Whiskey Joe's Waterfront Restaurant is presented by Xanadu Race Management in cooperation with The City of Tampa. Again, this race is limited to 500 participants as it is one of the ONLY races in the world where you can participate in an organized event to run or walk WITH WATER ON BOTH SIDES! Our 2019 event offers A5K and 10K distance both beginning at 8:30 a.m.
This year's annual festival will showcase new vibrant, creative and inspiring murals in St. Pete created by international, national and local artists. The new pieces will further enrich the city's public outdoor gallery, adding new styles-from colorful geometric patterns to delicately-rendered realism-all expertly painted on large walls and even on street intersections.

For 38 years, the community has come together, utilizing hundreds of local volunteers in support of the vision. John’s Pass Seafood Festival is currently the second largest Seafood Festival on the East Coast. The John’s Pass Seafood Festival is a non-profit organization. The festival is, and has always been, very dedicated to giving back to the community by donating proceeds to the City of Madeira Beach and the Pinellas County Schools. Over the past years, we are pleased to share that the festival has also become a large charity event.

Join us for a howling good time at the 11th ANNUAL HALLOWEEN DISTANCE CLASSIC, featuring a halfathon, 10K, and 5K, and scheduled for Sunday, October 27, 2019, at our nation's favorite beach: Fort De Soto Park, just south of St. Petersburg. Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory!
